Amanda Campbell

Sparkling Communications is headed by Amanda Campbell, an entrepreneurial marketing leader and seasoned practitioner with a proven track record of helping disruptive B2B SaaS and service companies succeed. She has generated marketing value for companies with exits ranging from $40m to $360m. She draws on an exceptionally diverse career - starting out as a consumer PR consultant before taking on marketing leadership positions at travel tech software companies, including Accelya, Farelogix, and OpenJaw Technologies. At Sparkling Communications, Amanda crafts winning marketing strategies for our clients and rolls up her sleeves in execution. Amanda is from New Zealand but is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Operations & Commercial Strategist

Suzi Flood

An international commercial and operations executive Suzi's expertise spans new market entry, go-to-market strategy, and business development. Drawing on early career years at Hitachi, Suzi has established robust foundations in process optimisation, organisational structuring, and strategic planning. She has spearheaded the successful launch of multiple companies into the EMEA, North American, and other global markets. At Sparkling Communications, she plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing go-to-market strategies, and ensures client engagements run smoothly and effectively. A fluent Italian speaker, Suzi holds an MBA from University College Dublin.

Digital Director

Tom Fontanarrosa

Tom is the Digital Director at Sparkling Communications where he leads the design and development of digital projects, including websites, landing pages, and multimedia assets. He also leads a distributed team of multimedia and digital marketing experts based in his home country of Argentina. A graduate of Universidad Maimónides in Buenos Aires, Tom has over 10 years of experience creating winning campaigns for clients worldwide, including Farelogix, Accelya, Maxamation, Mystifly, and UATP.

Creative Director

Lalo Fontanarrosa

Eduardo "Lalo" Fontanarrosa is a seasoned creative director with two decades of expertise in shaping, nurturing, and evolving brands. He works closely with key stakeholders to craft brand identities that align with the vision of founders and internal teams and resonate with ideal customer profiles. Lalo designs impactful assets that weave compelling narratives across digital and traditional platforms. Based in Patagonia, Lalo studied physics and marketing at the University of Buenos Aires, reflecting a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative flair.
